No really - I can understand what you are saying but I always have mixed feelings about renovating cars. In one breath it is better if you just keep them original and maintain them as such but I also believe that at least this car has been lovingly repaired and is being used. If not it may have just been scrapped or left to rot somewhere. Cars are to be looked after and driven - in whatever way.
Anyway that is what I think.
